These Rules set out how you can enter for a chance to win a package holiday consisting of a two night stay and three day access to Disneyland Paris on 20 May – 22 May 2022 for both you and three guests courtesy of The Walt Disney Company Limited (company number 00530051) of 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE ("Disney”) by participating in a prize draw (“Promotion”).
The Promoter is The Hut.com Limited (trading as Very Neko) whose registered office is at 5th Floor, Voyager House, Chicago Avenue, Manchester Airport, M90 3DQ (“Very Neko” or “we”).
By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall be unconditionally bound by them. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with Very Neko’s terms and conditions, available at Terms & Conditions | VeryNeko.
We reserve the right to amend these Rules without notice from time to time. Any amendment shall be notified to you by email.
How to enter
To be entered into this Promotion, you will need to:
(a) go to https://www.veryneko.co.uk/competition.list
(b) enter your name and email address in the relevant sections and sign up to receive marketing emails from Very Neko
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Opening and closing dates
The Promotion will begin at 13:00 on 8 March 2022 and will close at 13:00 on 4 April 2022 Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by Very Neko for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the Closing Date.
Who can enter and entry restrictions
Only one entry per person.
You must be at least aged 18 years of age at the time of entry and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
You are not permitted to enter the Promotion if you are an employee of Very Neko, Disney or any The Hut Group company, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize or reward you may win.
Prize
There will be one winner. The prize for the winner will consist of:
1) Return transport to Disneyland Paris for the winner and up to three guests. The winner and their guests shall:
(i) depart on 20 May 2022 and return on 22 May 2022; and
(ii) travel either (i) by Eurostar in Standard class to Gard du Nord Station (‘’Station’’) from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International Station or (ii) on an economy class return flight from a scheduled regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (‘’Airport’’).
(The winner and their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing).
2) Return transfer for the winner and their guests between either the Airport and Disneyland Paris or the Station and Disneyland Paris.
3) A two night stay on 20 - 21 May 2022 (including continental breakfast) at a Disney hotel (to be confirmed by Disney closer to the date) for the winner and their guests, sharing 1 x standard room.
4) A three day ‘park hopper’ ticket for the winner and their guests which permits entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park on 20 - 22 May 2022.
5) Half board premium meal vouchers to cover 3 x lunch and 3 x dinner meals for each of the winner and their guests on 20 - 22 May 2022.
6) Exclusive access to the 30th Anniversary VIP Party for the winner and their guests on either 20 - 22 May 2022 (the exact date and time of the event shall be confirmed by Disney closer to the date)
7) Privileged access for the winner and their guests to other events including but not limited to 30th Anniversary shows, special encounters with Disney Character and a gala dinner (exact details of which to be determined by Disney in its sole discretion and confirmed by Disney closer to the date).
(together the “Prize”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transfers in the UK to and from the departing UK airport or train stations, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned above.
If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than three guests, the Prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
Travel insurance is not included. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests before travelling to take out adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Prize. Disney shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the winner or their guests failure to take out adequate insurance cover.
The winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.
It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.
Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the winner or their guests.
The Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
Disney reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. By participating in the Promotion the winner and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions save for the sections relating to the fees of booking. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.
Selection of winner
There will be one winner of the Prize. The winner will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge on 5 April 2022.
The winner will receive the Prize and shall be entitled to invite up to guests of their choice.
The winner will be notified by Very Neko by email within 3 days of the Closing Date (“Notification’’).
Failure by the winner to respond to the Notification within 21 days of the Promoter sending the Notification will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all eligible entrants to the Promotion.
The Prize must be redeemed by the winner via a booking form which must be received by Disney a minimum of 60 days before the departure date. The winner must provide details of up to three accompanying guests in such booking form.
Except to the extent that Very Neko is prevented by law from doing so, Very Neko will publish the surname and town/county of residence of the winner on Very Neko’s website and social media pages. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact Very Neko on Instagram @VeryNeko_UK or Facebook @VeryNekoUK. In such circumstances, Very Neko may still provide this information to a relevant regulator on request.

Disqualification
To claim a Prize an entrant must have complied with and remain in compliance with these Rules. If an entrant does not comply with all of the above requirements within the above time frames, or does not otherwise comply with these Rules, we may disqualify the entrant without any liability to that entrant.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entrants who we consider to have used improper technical means to enter the Promotion and/or we believe have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities in connection with the Promotion.
Taxes
The Prize may be taxable income under the laws applicable to the winners. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any taxes applicable to the Prize is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for reporting the Prize to the relevant tax authorities, and paying all taxes applicable to the Prize, as required by the applicable tax laws. Upon request from Very Neko, a winner will promptly complete and submit to Very Neko all tax forms, certificates or authorizations as may be necessary under the applicable tax laws.
Limitation of Liability
Very Neko will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these Rules; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible.
Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion.
Notwithstanding this section (Limitation of Liability), nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude Very Neko or Disney’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
Data Protection
Very Neko collects and uses personal data to conduct the Promotion, as is necessary for Very Neko to be able to perform its agreement with you and in order to comply with its legal obligations, including to select the winner, deliver the Prize and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations) and to send you marketing emails from time to time.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The Promotion, these Rules and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
General
All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any provision of these Rules (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions (or any part thereof) shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) will remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein.
